Warehouse Manager SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE (Basic purpose of job) As a WMS (Warehouse Management System) Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and effective warehouse management software solutions.
Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create WMS applications that optimize warehouse operations and enhance overall supply chain management.
Looking for our our day-to-day WMS system provider to efficiently complete change documentation and provide effective end user training.
Our warehouse relies heavily on High Jump warehouse system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES - Design, development, and implementation of new features using SQL Server stored procedures.
- Troubleshoot and de-bug database and system issues to support daily operations.
- Have an in-depth understanding of daily warehouse operations and provide subject matter expertise on feasibly problem solutions.
- Build reports using SAP Business Object - Partner with the IT department to monitor, tune, and improve system performance.
- Develop training materials for end-users.
- Communicate changes and maintain change logs for all database or procedure improvements.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work is performed in a warehouse/plant/office environment.
Required work at times may include the use of a boom/scissor lift to reach equipment.
Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
Frequently:
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
of computer equipment, reaching, and extended sitting.
Seldom:
Extended period of standing to perform application training.
Frequently:
Kneeling, visual inspection, extended walking.
JOB REQUIRMENTS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (7 years) - At least 3 years work experience - Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL or Oracle - Experience with T SQL - Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira - Experience working with Non-IT Stakeholders - Experience in database maintenance - Exposure to any warehouse management system (2 years) with Koerber High Jump experience preferred.
- Experience in project scoping and documenting both functional and technical requirements as it pertains to warehouse management operations.
- Supply Chain or Warehouse experience preferred.
- Development experience with High Jump One, Advantage Architect, and System Administration preferred.
- Data visualization experience preferred.
- Self-driven, able to work independently and with effective written and verbal communication skills.
